She’s a lot like the millions of others who stood in line to make their voice heard in this election except for one thing: Ann Nixon Cooper is 106 years old.

To my surprise, my father got for me a blind date invitation when he went to buy tiles. The counter obasan happened to have a friend visiting her at the site and that friend happened to have a friend's daughter who is still single at the age of 29. Oh, my self-assertive father! I'm not sure if I'm ready for a blind date. I still have dreams and don't want to resign myself to the reality. And I don't have money in my pocket, all poured into my little new house. However, I do feel great solitude since I divorced about two years ago. And my life circle is too small to come into a romance. What should I do?

Haven't updated this blog for a long long long time. It's been more than a year that I've been alone. And this situation seems to continue without ends. Residence to company, company to residence, that's my life. No romance will happen in real life, especially in such an otaku-like life. Maybe, finally I would have to go blind dating.

It's so long time that my blog has been waiting for me for a new word. Just don't feel the need to write anything. When i'm happy, I don't wanna bother writing; when i'm dismal, I don't have the passion to write. So sorry, my blog, you are doomed to be lonely, ha! However, don't worry, I will meet you now and then, just like today.

I feel so afraid recently, for I have not a bit mood for working! I'm so sluggish I put off my assigned task for two weeks and still don't want to give it a touch! Oh my, I told myself that was wrong and I must pull togther, but no use. What can I do? Working for money is really a frustrating thing! Anybody tell me how to get through this haunting mental laziness?

Lian Huan(连环) is the second novel by Yishu(亦舒) I ever read. It's so easy to
sense the light sadness and nothing-can-help loneliness. I was totally indulged in the disconsolate mood even to doubt if there's real mutual love or not. Maybe LOVE is just one's own business, having nothing to do with others, whther you are loving or being loved. Why it's so hard to find a couple who love each other to the same extent, no more no less? There's one sentence in the novel making me deeply touched, "There's no reasoning in the relationship between boy and girl, and even no justice. It only matters if you are willing or not." I have no more to say. It's all there, sharp and clear.

Everybody wants to be unique, right? Just thought of another famous
movie I ever heard but never had a chance to see, "My Left Foot". OK,
since I'm a left-handed boy, let's title my blog "My Left Hand".

Yesterday I accompanied my wife to Parkson for its anniversary discount shopping. It's really an amazing experience for me. Attracted by Parkson's "Pay 100 Only for Each 188 Bill" sales promotion, tens of thousands of women, whether young or middle-aged, whether students or office ladies, all flooded into this shopping mall and went all out to spend money as if it were just a pile of waste paper. Every floor was stuffed, each cashier was long queued, and all salesgirls were surrounded by bags waiting for payment. I joked to my wife, "It's really a gala of beauty and beast."

As is known to all, Japan is plunging into the militaristic mud aggressively. Now the New History Textbook issue puts Chinese people into fire of anger. But unfortunately some patriotic youth can't express themselves well in English.

Their slogan reads "To boycut any Japanese productions". Oh my, do you really want to make foreigners understood?
